Every session is Swedish or deep tissue massage with pressure from light to firm. Trigger point therapy, myofascial release and light stretching are included whenever they help. Appointments required — no walk-ins.

Swedish Massage
The foundation of every session, with pressure anywhere from light to firm. You set the level, and you can change it mid-session.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slower, deeper work into the layers beneath the surface, for tension that has settled in and stayed.

Trigger Point Therapy
Sustained pressure on the specific knots that refer pain elsewhere in the body.

Gentle, sustained stretching of the connective tissue that wraps and binds tight muscle.

Skylar brings the table to you. Travel is $1 per mile, plus a $20 set-up and take-down fee.
