Skylar treats every session as a collaboration. You describe what hurts, what you need, and how much pressure feels right — and the work adapts from there, in the moment, as often as it needs to.
The foundation is Swedish massage with pressure from light through firm, and deep tissue work when tension has settled in for the long haul. Trigger point therapy, myofascial release and light stretching come in wherever the body asks for them.
Specialty training covers pre- and perinatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and seated chair massage for private events and parties.

The foundation of every session, with pressure anywhere from light to firm. You set the level, and you can change it mid-session.

Slower, deeper work into the layers beneath the surface, for tension that has settled in and stayed.

Sustained pressure on the specific knots that refer pain elsewhere in the body.

Gentle, sustained stretching of the connective tissue that wraps and binds tight muscle.

Assisted movement woven into the session to restore range of motion.

Pre- & Perinatal Massage
Safe, properly positioned bodywork through pregnancy and after, for the hips, low back and shoulders that carry the most.

Light, rhythmic technique that encourages lymph flow to reduce fluid retention and swelling.

Side-by-side sessions, available on request. Please book two to four weeks ahead so a second therapist can be arranged.

Skylar brings the table to you. Travel is $1 per mile, plus a $20 set-up and take-down fee.
